Jim is a hypocrite. His pet project is okay, while amending a lease over twenty years old for our largest employer is not.
The area of Ellendale Park eyed for the animal shelter is today maintenance yards, and the area eyed by BJC is today their garage, so it’s not as if either space is prime parkland.
Maybe Jim is just bitter that the Fowlers are Slay/Reed backers.

I am not really a “dog person” but it just sickens me to think that Shrewsbury wants to build a death house in one of our city parks where up to 5000 dogs will be stored, killed one by one and then incinerated on site. How sick is this man?!?!? How heartless is this man?!?!?

how disrespectful shrewsbury was of that lady to not take a break. i even think i saw him smiling during that.
he came to my neighborhood association last week and claimed he runs professional meetings. what a liar!
as a woman, i dont want someone so disrespectful of women representing me.
