Was this an ad that aired back in March? Where? How big was the buy?

This was mostly an Internet campaign launched by Senate Democrats back in March 2007.
I’m not sure what the buy has to do with anything? If they only aired it on the Internet or in select markets, they somehow meant it less?
I think time has proved they really didn’t mean it at all.
