If GOD has already blessed the election of Kenny Hulshof, what supernatural being(s) is/are behind Jay Nixon’s campaign?
More seriously, I cannot believe the abject arrogance of politicians like Hulshof who claim that they speak for “God.” They all belong in carnivals and freak shows, not in government.
Erich you should really be an Olympic long jumper with how far you leaped to reach that conclusion. Better be careful though, that chip on your shoulder might weigh you down. Hulshof never claimed his success was blessed by God. He only said that our state was blessed. But I guess it is easier to think ill of someone than to try to take them on face value; even if you must invent your own facts to do so.
Hulshof, in his closing arguments, at the Forum (debate) with Sara Steelman, in Brentwood, Tuesday evening, stated that he has often been called ‘too conservative’, and expects to be called it again, by the Democrat (socialist) in November. Kenny claimed pride, in backing Newt Gingrich and the Contract With America… to wit…smaller government, balanced budget, and line item veto.
so… What happened?
Citing a contract in breach as qualification for election is a stretch, especially for a Prosecuting Attorney.
His commercial just reiterates the ‘Smallville’ legend he likes to introduce when appealing to a ‘jury of his peers’.
If he was running for statue… or platitude, I’d vote for him.
