Interesting that a close ally of the Mayor is supporting Carter. Does this mean that Slay is supporting Carter also. So Antonio, you giving up information on your bloggers? That just seems wrong, unethical, immorale and scary. So who do we report this breach of confidelity to? The site host? Who do we report this implied threat to? The police? Who else have you given up? To balance the playing field why don’t you give Daryl (or the Carter’s) IP address and other private information. Great to hear from you Chris. Hope things are well. Yep, blogging sucks. Good luck on your endeavors. Don’t believe the name thing, everybody does the alter ego thing, so that is more or less the flavor of blogging. Never refered to you as a coward either but if that what turns you on. However, I think of you as a young man with great potential. You’ve knocked on my door in the district but I am concern about some of the issues impacting the campaign. Hey, I thought you worked for Jeff Smith or the State of Mo. If you are on tax payer dollars, why are you campaign? I hope you got answers????

I stopped working for Jeff Smith about a year ago… If you are in the district, why can’t we work together to get things done??

I am sorry you chose Jeff over a qualified, proven and capable African American female like Yaphett El Amin but so be it. I think we are both working in the interest of getting things done but taking different paths. I encourage you to continue to do so, just like the other two candidates who both have spent a lot of time in the district, with their respective families, supported causes and worked hard. I do wish you luck but at the same time you should not take this blogging stuff too seriously. I do think it is a real morale and ethical problem when politicians try to play both sides, like supporting more than one candidate, that is a violation of the public trust. I can say more but in the interest of civility, I will not unless I am encouraged.

Lets not forget Amber Boykins was term limited and was actually the MOST progressive black candidate in the race.

Lets dissect Yaphett since you seem to be so infatuated with her. First of all she works for Chris Koster. Chris Koster PQed debate on voter ID as a republican, voted to lift campaign limits, voted to cut over 300,000 people off healthcare, voted to sell the assets of MOHELA. After she lost her senate race she worked for pinnacle making almost 100K for 8 months of work. Her sole job was to make sure the project had the correct amount of minority particpation on the contracts. Minority inclusion on the project failed HORRIBLY, to the point they shut down operations for almost a week or 2. She supports Paul McKee and the Old North St.Louis redevelopment deal, mark my words this deal on par is BAD for North St.Louis. This deal isnt the silver lining in North St. Louis problem. Its probably going to like the Priutt Igoe project that was almost structured identical to this. The only winner is Paul McKee and the politicians whose pockets he lined. I will stop there and let you digest that information.

ANd the insults you hurl on these blogs only prove how cowardice you are. Not as if the moniker didnt already suggest that.

Daryl you are so insightful. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say you were an elected official. So I am deeply honored with the privelege to engage your intellect. I am also humbled that you chose to engage a peon like me instead of helping your realitive or nephew.

Let’s first deal with the facts…no let’s only deal with the facts. You did call me out, invite me to your headquarters and tell me you knew who I was and you had the capacity to track me. Hmmm…sounds like intimidation to me, but I could be wrong. More facts, while one set of Carters were supporting Yaphett another (who was in the same organizations that was supposed to be in lockstep) was supporting Smith. I really don’t care what the former elected official does for a living (although I would like to make that kind of money) but if you are telling on people let us follow the projects in the 27th ward from projects that fail miserably (like the houses that cost over 1/2 million dollars each but are only worth $85,000) or the diferent projects where a certain family benefits financially (like a failed resturant on the corner of W Florissant and Riverview). Or shall we talk about government contracts for security services?

I’ve lived in the 2ND Ward for 19 years. I was in the 27TH Ward before the redistricting and I wish my ward was benefiting from the activities in the 27TH.
