The last day of 2008 was a scary one for the residents of an apartment building which was engulfed in flames Wednesday afternoon.

Flames rose through the top of the building with firefighters on the roof trying to prevent the fire from spreading. According to reports, only one person was injured during the fire at 5046 Page Blvd, one block west of Kingshighway.
