Now before everyone goes off and blast him as being “anti-Semetic”, consider the fact that the United States was pissed off at him because he visited serveral parts of the world he was not suppost to be visiting to play the game.
Secondly, for what it is worth, Fischer anger against Jewish people stemmed a long time back when in 1984, writers included him in the Encyclopedia Judaica, a 26 volume set of books similar to the Who’s Who facebook encylopedia of Jewish People. The problem is Fischer “was not, and had never been” Jewish. The people who were writing the book wanted to use Fischer’s fame as away to sell encyclopedia reguardless if the information was falsified. A letter to the editor to Encyclopedia Judaica removed this false endorsement.
Since the United States wanted him to come home so they could kick his ass (possibly give him a free trip to Guantánamo Bay considering their kneejerk reaction after his “anti-semetic” comments on 9/11), Bobby tried to stay out of America as much as possible. This nearly ended in 2005 when his Visa was revoked. Possibly a “malfunctioing” RFID chip in his passport.
At least in the afterlife, he will have someone to play chess with.

NPR played a news bite of his anti-semetic stance, which seemed to me to be more an angry outrage against US foreign policy. He seemed to be rather upset that the US supports Israel unquestionably while Israel oppresses the Palestinians. He didn’t say anything against Jewish people, but was attacking the state of Israel. There is a difference.

Are you guys honestly going to try to argue that he wasn’t an anti-Semite?
Wow, even for this biased and racial site, this would be a new low.

Are you honestly going to try and argue that Jewish people are superior to everyone else and that people should feel sorry for them for the Holocaust and the Middle East?
It is crap like that, anonymous, that makes people not like Jewish people in the first place. That whole “poor me” attitude. Yes, the Holocaust was horrible, but are they still going to make the Germans feel bad for doing it? Yes what is happing in Israel terrible, but are they still going to oppress the Palestinians and other Arab States because some UN paper says the can piss off everyone by expanding their territory? Where were the Israelites when America had though Manfest Destiny was greater than the rights of Native Americans?
To be quite honest, whenever I think of Jewish people calling everyone else Racist or anti-semetic, I am reminded of this image.
